PERSONAL PROFILE
John began his legal career in 1982 and spent his first six years at two leading Claimant Personal Injury firms conducting claims predominantly on behalf of trade union members. In 1988 he joined a leading national firm in Birmingham where he subsequently qualified as a solicitor. He became a Partner in 1997, heading the Employers Liability Group within the Birmingham Office, until the establishment of Trinity Law Partnership in January 2004.
Throughout his legal career John has handled cases ranging from the straightforward Road Traffic Accident through to cases of maximum severity and complex industrial disease. For more than 25 years he has been conducting claims on behalf of accident victims. John has had a substantial number of cases that have been successfully pursued through to Trial in both the County and High Courts. He has also been involved in a number of cases that have reached the Court of Appeal.
John's expertise is principally in the law relating to workplace accidents. He has provided education and training on this subject both to membership organisations such as Trade Unions as well as other solicitors.
