Ministry of Justice Publish Consultation Paper on Civil Litigation Funding

Following on from Lord Justice Jackson's report the MOJ have published a Consultation Paper which seeks views on implementing a package of Lord Justice Jackson's proposals for reforming conditional fee agreements and other aspects of civil litigation funding and costs.
