The Jackson Review of Civil Litigation Costs

The long awaited Jackson report into the costs of Civil Litigation has now been published. You can view the report online by clicking on the link below. His recommendations if implemented could have a dramatic effect on people who want to bring accident compensation claims.
Whilst there are areas of the report that we would not agree with Trinity Law Partnership wholeheartedly supports Lord Jackson’s recommendation that Referral Fees should be banned.
Trinity Law Partnership do not accept cases from claims companies nor do we pay referral fees.
