Victims of 'Toxic Sofas' Win Compensation

At Trinity Law Partnership, we have been monitoring the latest developments in the 'toxic sofa' cases. As many of you will you have recently seen in the news a large number of people developed health problems, due to contact with sofas containg the chemical 'dimethyl fumarate' (DMF).
A number of High Street chains have now agreed to pay up to £20m to 2,000 people who received chemical burns from the anti-fungal agents in the sofas. To learn more please click on the link below.
