John McDonnell

John is a solicitor and the firm’s senior partner.
He is an Accredited member of the specialist Law Society Personal Injury Panel.
John has been conducting personal injury claims for over 25 years. He is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Birmingham Medico Legal Society.
John’s expertise includes accidents at work, road traffic accidents, industrial disease and, slips trips and falls. Throughout his legal career John has handled cases ranging from the straightforward road traffic accident through to cases of maximum severity and complex industrial disease. He has successfully pursued a significant number of cases through to Trial in both the County and High Courts and has also been involved in a number of cases that have reached the Court of Appeal.
John’s particular competence is principally in the law relating to workplace claims. He has provided education and training on this subject both to membership organisations such as Trade Unions as well as other solicitors.
As John’s children have now grown up he is able to spend more time watching his beloved Birmingham City. He also enjoys films and music.
