Spinal Injury Claims

Spinal injuries are commonly suffered in road traffic accidents. Examples of this type of injury include damage to the spinal discs in the neck which may bulge, slip or rupture, hence the phrases bulging disc, slipped disc, ruptured disc etc.

Injuries to the lower part of the spine, in the back, are common too. Ligaments, muscles and nerves can all be damaged leading to back pain and immobility in some cases. In addition, damage to the discs in this part of the spine can often occur too. Compression fractures can cause permanent disability and bulging of the discs may cause spinal cord compression.

Some of these injuries can be hard to diagnose and may remain undiagnosed until several months after the road traffic accident has taken place meaning that spinal injury claims can sometimes take place some time after the accident that caused the injury.

Trinity Law is a Birmingham based firm of solicitors who specialise in spinal injury claims on a no win no fee basis.

We are proud that most of the claims we handle are through personal recommendation by previous clients that we have represented.
