Violence in the Workplace
Trinity Law partnership have acted for many clients who have been the victim of violence at work, either at the hands of fellow work colleagues or by members of the public. The Health and Safety Executive today published a report which considers ‘Home Office British Crime Survey’ results and presents findings on work related violence.
Interestingly estimates indicated that there were approximately 305,000 threats of violence and 321,000 physical assaults by members of the public on British workers during the 12 months prior to the interviews. Click on the link below to see the report.
